Bonsai Web: A good overall resource dealing with the art of Bonsai (it has a large forum).
Bonsai Primer: This site looks to be perfect for the Bonsai beginner.

I already have a trident maple staked out at my grandparent's house. I don't want to move it until I know a little more though.

It has been brought to my attention that the Bonsai Web link is no longer valid. Jen Reil from helpfulgardener.com has suggested their Bonsai Forum as an alternative resource. They also have a bonsai specific page with articles like Bansai Web had.

I added a new section to this site today. I decided that, since I got a digital camera, I would make some of the pictures I take available to be viewed online. I am not very good at taking pictures yet but I will get better.

Most of you that know my know that I am a huge fan of Quentin Tarantino's movies. Several of you have asked if I have seen Kill Bill: Vol. 1. The answer is yes. I went and saw the first showing available at my local theathre - the 1:15PM showing (their first movie of the day). I found it to be a VERY good movie. I am not a fan of Kung-Fu movies in the slightest, I do not like the fanciful flying through the air crap, but this one was very good. It isn't so much a Kung-Fu movie as much as it is a movie with Kung-Fu in it. There were only a couple scenes that I did not like because of the fancifulness.

If you are like me, you did not like the fact that Lucy Liu is in this movie. Be consoled my friend for she is not in it for too long and the part she is in she is not too bad. Although, there are several close ups of her fucked up left eye.
